DL5-63 series miniature circuit breaker


一、scope of application

    DL5-63 series miniature circuit breaker is mainly suitable for AC 50Hz/60H, rated voltage is 230v/400v and below, rated current to 63A circuit, the circuit breaker is mainly used for overload protection and short circuit protection of electrical circuits and equipment in modern buildings. It also applies to infrequent operation and isolation of the line.

    DL5-63 series miniature circuit breakers consist of plastic housings, operating mechanisms, contact systems, and trip mechanisms. The shell is made of high flame-retardant and high-strength special plastics with strong impact resistance and light weight. The components of the circuit breaker operating mechanism are made of high-strength plastic products, and they have obtained low halo moments of inertia while ensuring the sensitivity and reliability of the breaker. The time from the start of the fault to the action of the tripping mechanism is very short. The tripping mechanism consists of two parts: bimetal overload and inverse time tripping tripping and short-circuit transient electromagnetic mechanism. The contact arc extinguishing system uses special arc angle and arc extinguishing chamber, which has significant current limiting characteristics.
