五、Main structure and working principle
1. structure:
   The residual current operated circuit breaker is assembled from a DL5-100 high breaking circuit breaker and an earth leakage release. The DL5-100 miniature circuit breaker is mainly composed of an insulating housing, an operating mechanism, a static and dynamic contact, a time delay, and an instantaneous release. The arc chamber is composed of; leakage release is mainly composed of zero-sequence transformer, electronic identification control circuit, release push rod, test button, etc.; small circuit breaker and leakage release linkage through push rod;
2. Working principle:
   When the handle plate of the leakage circuit breaker is turned to the ON position, the movable contact is moved to the static contact by the mechanical mechanism and reliably contacts with the static contact. When the circuit is overloaded, the overload current makes the hot bimetal element. Bending and pushing the lever causes the locking mechanism to reset, and the moving contact quickly disengages the static contact to realize the function of breaking the circuit; when the circuit is short-circuited, the short-circuit current causes the instantaneous release to act, and the plunger pushes the lever to make the locking mechanism Reset to achieve breaking. When residual current or electric shock occurs on the line, the signal output by the zero-sequence current transformer triggers the conduction of the thyristor, causes the core of the leakage tripping device to move, and the push rod pushes the tripping of the circuit breaker, so that the leakage circuit breaker is in a very short time. Cut off the power supply to achieve leakage protection.
